Methodology
"Soft skills" are increasingly valued by employers who shape their HR policy based on a system of management competence. Not only will an employee’s expertise and experience ensure excellent job performance, but also his or her mastery of effective interpersonal communication skills, the ability to lead others, to negotiate and organize his or her own work and manage time effectively.
Our training sessions are run in small groups by two experienced trainers. For the most part we use workshops to activate, and therefore optimize, the effects of training. We include exercises and psychological games to integrate the staff and contribute to improving the process of interpersonal communication, which will have a positive influence on further cooperation, and in some cases allows you to diagnose and solve conflicts arising between employees. Our trainers adjust the pace of work and the degree of difficulty of the tasks and exercises to the perceptive abilities of the participants. The skills they learn can then be used both professionally and privately.
STAGES OF THE TRAINING PROJECT:
- Needs analysis
- Desigining a training programme (choice of activities and tools to support training, along with methods and tools for studying the effects of training)
- Implementation of training programme in accordance with the agreed timetable
- Evaluation
- Final report
