Assesment / Development Centre
The Assessment Centre/Development Centre is a multidimensional evaluation process in which participants take part in a range of activities, observed by a team of trained assessors, who evaluate according to several pre-determined criteria.
Methods applied during an AC/DC session
- Exercises
During an AC/DC session, we use group and individual simulations, tasks, psychological exercises and competency interviews. - Participants
Up to 10 participants per session (ideally 6–8 people). - Length
A session lasts from four hours to up to two days. - Assessors
Every participant is independently evaluated during each exercise by a minimum of two experienced assessors. The evaluation team is made up of 4 - 6 assessors. You may appoint your own observers or assessors to take part in the sessions. - Feedback
Following the session, participants will receive individual feedback in the form of a report, which may be discussed at an individual meeting with a consultant.
