A recruitment search carried out by Segel Poland is always preceded by an analysis of your staffing needs. This meeting is organized on your premises so that we can get comprehensive information about the position and the specific environment in which the employee will be working. On more than one occasion we have helped to verify and formulate relevant needs so that the final results have contributed to the overall development of the business, rather than being correlated with the manager’s subjective desire to increase staffing levels. The staffing needs analysis is free of charge and carried out with total discretion.
The next stage in the personnel selection process is determining the ideal candidate profile. Our consultants will work together with you to create a profile containing the requirements for a particular position and the future employee’s initial responsibilities.
By agreeing on a final framework for the profile, Segel is then responsible for presenting in its final report a minimum of 2-3 candidates who most closely meet the profile’s objectives.
