INITIAL SELECTION OF APPLICANTS

Placing an advertisement for a position often results in a huge number of applications, a high number of which will not meet even your most basic requirements. Candidates’ CVs, therefore, need to be scrutinised in terms of their suitability for the position. We will use our trained and experienced eye to carry out an initial selection of applications, supply further information on the candidates by phone and select the right person for the right position.

APPLICANT EVALUATION

Segel Poland’s consultants can evaluate applicants on your behalf, based on the following criteria:

  • Competency-based interviews;
  • Personality tests;
  • Integrated assessment (Assessment Centre / Development Centre).

You will then receive a detailed report on particular applicants regarding their dominant personality traits, strengths and weaknesses and their suitability for the position.
