Our mission is reflected in our name, Segel (from the Norwegian for sail). We help our clients develop their businesses so they can get the wind in their sails. Segel provides support for companies, helping them steer the right course. Just as the right sail ensures you reach port faster and more efficiently, so our company helps in the efficient management of human resources so that our clients can reach their dream destinations.
While our head office is located in Szczecin, we help businesses throughout Poland.
In addition to Polish, we speak fluent English, German and Norwegian.
